Ayurathma ("we", "us") operates ayurathma.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the waitlist form and how we use it. We follow the principles of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), 2023 and equivalent good-practice standards elsewhere.
1. What we collect
- Name, email address, and (optionally) phone number
- City / country
- Year of birth (not full date of birth)
- Your reason for joining the waitlist
- The timestamp of your submission
We do not collect Aadhaar, PAN, or any government identifiers on this waitlist. We do not track you across other websites.
2. Why we collect it
Solely to contact you when Ayurathma consultations are available in your area, and to gauge demand while we launch. We do not sell, rent, or share your details with any third party for marketing.
3. How we store it
Waitlist submissions are stored in a secured spreadsheet accessible only to Ayurathma's founding team. Data is retained until launch and for a reasonable follow-up window thereafter (up to 24 months), after which it is deleted or anonymised.
4. Your rights
You can, at any time, ask us to:
- Show you a copy of the data we hold on you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your entry entirely
- Withdraw your consent (which will result in deletion)

5. Cookies
This website does not use tracking cookies. We use only essential cookies required by the browser to function.
6. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy materially, we will note the change on this page and, where possible, notify people who have joined the waitlist.
